Lucy and Hugo are a bonded pair of female lovebirds, around 6 to 7 years old. Both are bright yellow, with Hugo showing off an orange head and Lucy touched with white. They were rescued from a hoarding situation before being adopted six years ago, and they’ve been together ever since.

These two love shredding toys, solving little puzzles, and enjoying plenty of free flight time. They are very vocal and even copy whistles and meows from the cat they once lived with. Their favorite treats include Nutri-Berries, Avi-Cakes, and millet.

Lucy and Hugo can be skittish with new people and prefer women, though they do not dislike men. They are not cuddly birds but do enjoy stepping up in their cage once they feel safe. With patience, they blossom into playful and engaging companions.

They are looking for a home that will appreciate their bond, their intelligence, and their lively personalities.
