Oscar is a quiet and observant white face cockatiel who joined his current family about 5–6 years ago. He has beautiful gray and white feathers and a calm, independent personality. Oscar isn’t much of a talker, but he enjoys watching the world around him and having the security of a safe space.

Oscar has not been handled much and isn’t stick trained, so he’ll need a patient adopter who understands that he may be happiest simply being admired and cared for without a lot of hands-on interaction. He would be a wonderful companion for someone who appreciates the gentle presence of cockatiels and is willing to let him be himself.
